I knew the Door County Land Trust for their beautiful hiking trails, but through this experience, I gained a whole new appreciation for the behind-the-scenes conservation work to protect the land we all love. This award will help the Land Trust protect more of what we love about Door County. 100+ WWC has helped me feel more connected to this community and I’m committed to staying involved and lifting up more incredible nonprofits in the future.

More powerful than I could have expected.  The vibe at every meeting is one of camaraderie, celebration, and sincere support. The meetings are so well organized; I love that presentations are short and questions are intelligent, with a wide array of perspectives.

I joined 100+ WWC because I feel this is a small way for me to make a big impact on our county. For such a small county, we have an abundance of non-profit organizations and so many people willing to contribute in ways large and small. Around here I like to say, “It takes a County.
