Type of Event - In person and Livestream

Registration/Social
Jan/Apr/Oct - 5:30-6:30pm Water and light snack provided. Feel free to bring your own beverage or a bottle of wine to share.
July - 5:00-6:20pm You are welcome to bring your own food/beverages to picnic on the veranda during this time. There are some chairs on the veranda but it is limited. Please plan accordingly.
Business Hour - 6:30-7:30pm
Giving Event Featured Guests: A representative from a previous award recipient joins us at each meeting to tell us how they used the award they received.

The contingency plan, should circumstances prevent an in person Giving Event: Members will be notified via E-mail, Website, and FaceBook announcements before 4:00pm the day of the Giving Event. A remote meeting will be hosted on the upcoming Wednesday. Voting will be conducted prior to the meeting and during the online Giving Event.
